Will collection or enforcement actions stop if I contact ODR or set up a payment plan?
Contacting ODR does not automatically stop collection activity.
If a payment plan is approved and you remain current on all required payments, ODR generally will not pursue additional enforcement action. If payments are missed or the plan defaults, enforcement actions may resume as permitted by law.
