Why is my debt more now than it was at the agency?
ODR has the statutory ability to add up to 25% in ODR Fee. The fee is 15% of total liability on debts referred on or after January 1, 2024, set by rule under a 25 percent statutory ceiling. Prior to January 1, 2024, a 25% fee was charged.
