Payment Plan Minimum Monthly Payment Amount:
$51 - $500 - a monthly payment of at least $50 is required
$501 - $1,500 – a monthly payment of at least $100 is required
$1,501 - $2,500 - a payment of at least $150 is required
$2,501 - $4,999 - a monthly payment of at least $250 is required
