For insurance flags on your driver’s license, contact the Office of Motor Vehicles at 225-925-6146. You may upload documents directly to OMV by going to www.expresslane.org. Select “Contact Us” at the top of the page. Complete form and upload documents.

For non-OMV debt disputes, submit proof of payment by mail, email, or fax.
